Mafioso agrees that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
Mafioso agrees not to transmits in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. Mafioso further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Mafioso agrees to indemnify Thugsland.com against liability for any and all use of Mafioso’s account. The game allows Mafioso to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, Mafioso’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Mafioso will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any Mafioso, player, admin or other at any time.
The Site includes Content concerning game play, purchasing credits, purchasing flashes or icons. All such material is provided for informational purposes only
and does not imply any endorsement of any particular product or affiliation
with any particular Vendor. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible
for determining what, if any, Products are suitable for your purposes and for
any loss, liability, damage or costs you may suffer as a result of any purchases
you make.
Mafioso will be solely responsible for any damage done to the Mafiosos computer
or data loss due to playing Thugsland.com. No advice or information obtained
by Mafioso from Thugsland.com and/or Thugsland.com Development Team know as
the "ThugGods", whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty
not expressly made herein.
The playing of this game and this terms of service are governed by the laws
of the province of Ottawa, Canada. In case legal action becomes necessary by
Thugsland.com as a result of any violation of these terms of service, jurisdiction
and venue shall be proper in Canada.
3.Thugsland.com cannot be held responsible for the purchase of any icons or
flash that you acquire through links on our site, should they cause your computer
to have problems. Thugsland.com only provides information to the visitors on
where those items can be found.
You may have the opportunity to order or receive services, (collectively "Flashes
or Icons") through the Site directly or through links on the Site. All
Products for sale (unless otherwise noted as owned or offered by Thugsland.com)
are provided by third-party vendors ("Vendors") pursuant to agreements,
licenses or other arrangements between that Vendor and you. All aspects of your
transactions regarding the Products, including, but not limited to, purchase
terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are
solely between you and the applicable Vendor. Your rights and remedies with
respect to such transactions shall be solely against the applicable Vendor and
any questions, complaints or claims related to any Product should be directed
to that Vendor.

any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests

If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be
frozen. If you are a supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account
will be frozen as well, and you WILL NOT RECEIVE your money back for unused
credits.
Mafioso’s right to use the service granted by Thugsland.com is personal
to the individual. The service is provided to the Mafioso only and is not transferable.
Mafioso is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account
and password. Furthermore, Mafioso is totally responsible for all actions which
occur under the account.
Mafioso agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the
registration, which includes all information requested on original sign up.
Validation code will be sent to the Mafiosos email address upon completion of
the registration. Also, the Mafioso grants Thugsland.com the right to disclose
certain registration data about the Thugsland.com Mafiosos to third parties.
If any registration data is incorrect, Thugsland.com retains the right to terminate
Mafioso’s account, and right to use the service.
Thugsland.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with absolutely no reason. All accounts created are property of Thugsland.com.
You agree that Thugsland.com is in no way at all responsable for any material uploaded, added, or displayed anywhere within www.thugsland.com. This means if there is any material at all on thugsland.com that you personally take offencive or rude thugsland is in no way responsable. So we can only request its removal.
